Reservation / Cancellation Policies

• Reservations may be made by phone, mail, in person, or online.
• An advance deposit is required (and due within 7 days of reservation) to obtain and secure the reservation.
• For Holiday Weekends, payment in full is required and there are no cancellations.
• A reservation must be canceled by 2:00PM, 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• RV rentals require two (2) weeks prior notification.
• A refund, less an $10 cancellation fee, will be given for the reservations made before the deadline.
• Cancellations after the deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. 
• Sorry, Holiday Weekends are not cancelable nor refundable.
• If you need to make a cancellation, please be sure to obtain a Cancellation Number.
• Refunds can not be made without a Cancellation Number.
• There are no refunds of camping fees after check-in.
